Spore: Inner Feelings from Outer Space

I've been waiting for Electronic Arts' evolution/monster game, Spore, ever since Will Wright made it seem educational and good for the world at last year's TED.

Since then, a friend has landed the PR on the launch, I've evangelized the crap out of it to friends with kids, and yesterday my honey bunny alerted me to Inner Feelings from Outer Space - bizarre musings from monkey-faced Spore creatures.

Inner Feelings features a series of Spore characters with Saturday Night Live Jack Handey Deep Thought-esque voice overs. My favorite Handey quote was always, "It's sad that a family can be torn apart by something as simple as a pack of wild dogs. "

In any case, there are a few reasons why this particular campaign is so brilliant:
5. Everyone on the internet loves monsters
4. Everyone on the internet loves monsters dancing to funky world music
3. Everyone on the internet loves being bizarre and ironic
2. Everyone on the internet loves things that remind them of the late and great Jim Henson
1. Everyone on the internet loves being a cool hunter (taking credit for someone else's work) and boasting of their conquest to friends. (Myself included)

INGREDIENTS FOR YOUR OWN SPOOF SPORE CAMPAIGN
1. A Blogger Account
2. A YouTube Account
3. A Spore Account (Or any other online gaming account)
4. A Digg Account (For promotin' and such)
5. A Fraps Account (Screen capture software)
6. Opening Terminal and typing "say ..."
7. Fila Brazilia or Tabla Beat Science for the crazy dancing montage
