Sneaky Adsense Placement

Trying to find a way to get people to click on advertisements is becoming increasingly difficult and so publishers are finding increasingly sneaky ways to integrate them into their sites, to trick people into clicking on them, thus earning the site owener some cash.

Workboxers shows off an interesting example which maybe takes things a little too far.

My god, is this the sneakiest Adsense placement you have ever seen or what. Ladies and Gentleman, I think we have a winner.

I wonder how long it will be until most of the people on the web are able to tune out commercials and advertisements easier than they do when reading magazines or watching television.
