MySpace Partners with Simply Hired

Simply Hired, a popular online job search engine has partnered with MySpace to create MySpace Careers, a new site launched today which is aimed at the young MySpace.com user audience and includes summer job categories such as internship, lifeguard, and landscaping.

Being that a survey says that being on MySpace is an "in" thing to do by 58% of college students, the market for MySpace Careers is pretty large.

I don't know how successful a site like this will be, but you have to give them credit for trying to get some of their users a job. I sometimes wonder if some people ever leave MySpace anymore...
