MI5 to E-mail Terror Alerts

CBC.ca reports today that the MI5 spy agency in Britain plans to e-mail terror alerts to members of the public who opt-in and register.

Fine and dandy, I say.

But what happens when those pesky terrorists cut the communications lines, like they kinda did on 9/11 by basically blowing out New York's largest antennas?

Hmmm.
