Guilherme Marcondes' Short Film: Tyger

tyger_short.jpgLet me introduce you to Guilherme Marcondes' work. He is a brazilian animator with his eductational roots in architecture who quickly scooped up work with companies like Diesel, Neckelodeon and the Cartoon Network while serving as director at Lobo Filmes in Brazil. Guilherme recently has gone freelance and has subsequently released an absolutely brilliant short film called Tyger which was based loosely on William Blake's poem 'The Tyger'. Guilherme's unique interpretation, mood and visual composition of this short flat-out blew me away. Oh, and his reel isn't too shabby either.

Watch the film.
About the film.
