Backpack Adds Calendar and Voice Notes

To keep ahead of their competitors, 37Signals is making a move that is sure to please their current customers and hopefully net them a few more. They are going to add an online calendar with all paid Backpack plans. The Backpack calendar looks a lot like the Google Calendar service and includes iCal synching and SMS alerts as well.

One of the greatest things about 37Signals online offerings is this update will take no work for users, as it is a hosted service, and thus they control the software.
