ArtFaceOff: A Hot or Not for Art?

artfaceofflogo.jpgArtFaceOff is a new site that allows artists to upload pictures of their art as well as descriptive tags and compete in a one-on-one face-off with other artists.

Winners move on to higher levels and the eventual winner nets the artist a cool $1,000. With art being so subjective, it will be interesting to see what style of art gets to the top. Seems like it might be a bit of a popularity contest too.

The company, founded by Steven W. Ochs, is located in Portland, Oregon, “in a tiny gallery on the fringes of the Pearl Arts District.”
